Question 1

What types of EV chargers do you install?

Accepted Answer

We install a range of chargers including Level 2 home chargers for garages and driveways as well as DC fast chargers for public and fleet use.

Question 2

Do I need a panel upgrade for my home charger?

Accepted Answer

Not always. We perform load calculations and may recommend load management systems to share capacity with your household electrical load.

Question 3

Do you install chargers at commercial or municipal sites?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We have extensive experience installing public charging stations at parking lots, recreational sites, banks, and more.

Question 4

How long does the installation process take?

Accepted Answer

Most home Level 2 chargers are installed in a single day. Commercial, municipal and DC fast charger projects involve trenching, concrete pedestal bases and sometimes a new utility service, so we lay out a schedule for your site when we quote it.

Question 5

Can you help coordinate permits and utility connections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pull the electrical permit, coordinate with your local utility (Eversource, National Grid, Chicopee Electric Light, South Hadley Electric Light or Holyoke Gas & Electric), and meet the inspector, so you don't have to coordinate any of it.
